Standing alone inside a large domed stadium is Gerik Maroda he is holding a hand held video camera pointed at himself.
Gerik Maroda: What's up AWF Gerik here checking in from Tokyo Japan where I just got off a 16 hour flight from D.C. Tomorrow I compete for wrestle 1 against Seiya Sanoda. Some of you may know Wrestle 1 is owned by my mentor Keiji Mutoh better known as the Great Muta. But let's be honest you guys don't care about none of that. No you want to know about myself and Masato Nakamura the self proclaimed greatest wrestler to ever come out of Japan.
Gerik is now shaking his head at the camera before turning the camera to show case the arena around him.
Gerik Maroda: You see Nakamura this here is the most famous arena in all of Japan your own home country this is the Tokyo Dome. Now we both know that I myself am not Japanese In fact im a proud American a former U.S. Marine no less. Yet I know that anybody who's anybody in Japan has gone to war on these hollowed grounds. That is except you a man who claims to be better then the best.
Gerik has now walked up into the deep reaches of the stadium and taken a seat staring down at the empty ring.
Gerik Maroda: You see my problem with you Nakamura isnt the fact that while I was cutting my teeth touring Japan for little to no money you where living off daddy's checks. My problem isn't the fact that you stole your entire move set from the Great Muta then slighted him in your next breath. No my problem with you is a bit more simple it just comes down to the fact that I don't think your as good as you proclaim yourself to be.
Case and point last Friday you took it upon yourself to ambush me from behind with a steel chair and in the end you didn't even manage to slow me down. Proof enough by the fact that less then an hour later I dropped your ass off a stage after blowing out your face with my Cyclone Cutter . How is your face by the way?
You know what never mind I actually don't really care. Cause you Nakamura are nothing more then a stepping stone on my journy to the top of the AWF. Best in the world I don't think so. But don't feel bad Nakamura I'll send you a post card from the top so at least you'll know you got taught a lesson in respect by one of the true best to come out of Japan.

AS the scene opens up we see a video of Masato Nakamura beating Funaki very easily in a match. Then there is a video of him beating Jushin "Thunder" Liger. Next a video of Nakamura in a match with Masato Tanaka and winning that match up. Then there is a video of him beatiing Ultimo Dragon in a one on one match. Finally there is a long video of Masato Nakamura and The Great Muta in on hell of a match in which Nakamura would get the win but just barely. The videos stop and then we see Masato standing there looking at the camera.
Masato Nakamura: Gerik Maroda as you can see I have beaten all of your trainers and any one you think I could not. I am the greatest pro wrestler to ever come out of Japan. These video are the real deal. I am as good as I say I am. You will find out soon enough. This Friday Night during our No DQ match I will teach you a lesson in R-E-S-P-E-C-T boy. I am not just one of these American wrestlers that run their mouth about how great they are and can't back it up. As you can see by the videos I can and will back it up.
I will have to admit after I attacked you with that steel chair I never thought you would have the guts to do what you did. I underestimated you and that will never happen again. I have been studying you and when we get in the ring this Friday Night at Freedom I will show the world all your weaknesses and you will not be able to stop me form doing it.
During that match I will hurt you anyway I can. There is No DQs and that's they way I like it. I was tired of being a nice guy and figured out along time ago that if you want to make it in this business you have to be willing to do what ever it takes to make it to the top. My question for you Gerik Maroda is Are you willing to do what it takes to make it to the top? because I am and I will. I am not here in the AWF to make friends I am here to win titles and make money and get all the fame and fortune I can.
I am here for me and no one else. I don't care if the fans like me or not. I don't care if the boys in the back like me or not. AWF signed me because I am the greatest pro wrestler ever to come out of Japan. This week I prove it. Until then sayonara.
The camera fades out.
