Friday Night Freedom (4) 3/14/14

We open up outside the AWF Arena in Washington, D.C. their are rows of AWF fans filing into the front doors of the arena in anticipation of tonight's Friday Night Freedom in which there will be AWF Tag Team Champions crowd. A one night 15 team tournament will help in the process.



The cameras pan all around the outside of the arena showing the huge crowd that will fill the place. We then jump into the arena at the announce desk where. AWF Announce team Daryl Flynn, Pappy Woods, and John Waylon are waiting to get things started.



Pappy Woods:Welcome to this weeks Friday Night Freedom live from the AWF Arena. Tonight the AWF Tag Team Championship tournament will be taking place. 15 great teams will battle it out to see just who are the best team here in the AWF.



John Waylon:There has been a huge buzz all week for this tournament that will take place here tonight. Rumors galore have been popping up all over the internet about some teams that are breaking up or teams that our quitting the company and wrestling. Rumors that more people have and will join the roster tonight.



Daryl Flynn: That's the big problem they are all just rumors and you like ever other stupid wrestling fan out there believe them all. You people are such idiots.



Pappy Woods:Can't you ever start a show with out bashing someone or some other race or what ever it is you do week in and week out?



Daryl Flynn:What would be the fun in that? And what do I get out of not being me?



John Waylon:What do you get out of it? Really? How about the FCC off your back and off the backs of the two guys that own AWF. I think that sounds pretty darn good if you ask me.



Daryl Flynn:Well no one was asking you John. Can we just go up to the ring for the opening match now?



John Waylon:That has been the best thing you have said all night so far.



Pappy Woods:Sounds good to be. Lets go to the ring were ring announcer Gabby Belle is.

Masato Nakamura & Gerik Maroda vs Quintrell Cox & Bryce Justice

Gabby Belle: This Match is the First Round of The Tag Team Tournament for the AWF Tag Team Championship. First Team coming out at a total combined weight of 475 lbs they are Masato Nakamura and Gerik Marodaaaaaaaaaaa The Rising Sons as Anthem of the lonely by Nine Lashes plays. Their opponents weighing in at a combined weight of 563 lbs they are the team of Quintrell Cox and Bryce Justiceeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee as Mike Knox 2009 entrance theme plays.



[ bell rings ding ding ding ]



Pappy Woods: Welcome everyone to AWF Friday Night Freedom and we are kicking it off with the 1st round of the tournament with Nakamura and Maroda teaming to face Cox and Justice and this should be a great opening match. This is a one night tournament and new champions will be crowned tonight. As we are off and the match has begun and Maroda and Cox start us off and they lock up. As Cox sends Maroda to the corner buckle and ref tries to break them loose and they unlock without a problem.



John Waylon: Very Unusual there Pappy and now as Maroda goes towards Cox, Cox delivers a drop toe hold and he locks up the ankle in a ankle lock type hold and Maroda spins around from it and kicking off Cox and Maroda lands a drop kick and another and Cox is up and blocks and pushes Maroda as he attempted a third drop kick. Cox lifts up Maroda and delivers a short arm clothesline dropping Maroda to the mat and Cox tags in Bryce Justice and Justice heads on top of Maroda and starts punching away at him as the ref pulls Justice off and warns him.



Daryl Flynn: Yes the ref got involved and Justice waits and bounces off the ropes as Maroda stands up and Maroda big back body drop almost halfway across the ring. And Maroda reaching for Nakamura and Justice is up and flyes and smacks Nakamura off the apron and Maroda can’t tag in and Justice got Maroda on his back and got him hooked up and turns him over for a Sharpshooter and will Maroda tap out.



Pappy Woods: Look Nakamura delivers a big boot to the back of the head of Justice putting both me down tryng to tag in one another. And Justice tags Cox and Yes Yes Maroda tags Nakamura in and Nakamura clotheslines Cox and waiting Cox is up and again another clothesline and Justice comes in and Nakamura clotheslines Justice and Nakamura on a roll.



John Waylon: Look at this Nakamura lifts up Cox and delivers a brain buster and is calling for the end as Nakamura heads to the top rope and BAM delivers the Moonsault and covers Cox.



Ref Counts- 1………………….2 kick out



Daryl Flynn:Close there and Maroda comes in after Justice stomps on Nakamura ending the pinning attempt and Nakamura clotheslines Cox over the top rope as Maroda blind tags in Nakamura and Justice don’t see it and is stalking Justice turns around Maroda lifts him up in the air and Nails Cyclone Cutter with authority. Good Grief.



Pappy Woods: OMG its over he attempts the pin as outside Nakamura gets sent to the steel stairs by Cox..



Ref Counts- 1…………….2…. kick out



John Waylon: Cox saved his team. Very close. Cox is waiting Maroda looks BAM Superkick. Maroda is out cold. Cox drags him to the cover. Covers Maroda.



Ref Counts- 1......................2......... kick out.



John Waylon: Good Grief Nakamura saved the match. This is intense Nakamura wastes no time taking Cox kicking in Mid Section and DDT to the Mat. Now Nakamura takes Justice lifts him and BAM Cradle Piledriver omg.



Pappy Woods: Nakamura heads to the top rope again and Lands the Moonsault on Cox and is covering him.



Ref Counts- 1..........................2...... kick out.



Daryl Flynn: No way in Hell he literally kicked out. Justice looks like he is in shock that Quintrell kick out.



Daryl Flynn: He should be because a never knew a black man that did not give up easily.



Pappy Woods: Wow!!! you really had to go there? I mean my God!!! Can't you leave your personal feelings out of stuff for five damn minutes?



John Waylon: I am really getting tired of this crap from you. I am asking no demanding that Mr. Price and Mr. Stabler fire you right here tonight.



Daryl Flynn: Like that will ever happen.



Pappy Woods: Look up in the ring Cox is crawling over to the corner and trying to climb up the ropes to make the tag to Bryce Justice.



John Waylon: Oh man does he look bad. He is giving it all he has to get up those ropes to make the tag.



Daryl Flynn: Just like a Black man always needing some one to bail him it out.



Pappy Woods: Oh man not again. Cox is up now but what the hell is that?



Daryl Flynn: Looks like Justice is taking out the trash.



John Waylon: Bryce Justice has just grabbed Quintrell Cox by the throat and choke slammed him straight to hell.



Pappy Woods: Oh my God!!!! did you see how he it the mat? Oh man he is hurt bad. He is not moving.



Daryl Flynn: Yes!!! Yes!!! Why is Nakamura not covering him. Oh there it is he has him covered.



Ref counts- 1.......... 2...... 3...... He call for the bell.



The Bell rings. Ding..... Ding..... Ding.... Ding.....



Gabby Belle: Here are your winners The Rising Sons!!!!



John Waylon: Why would Justice do that to his partner that just took a beaten like he did? All he did was try to make a tag and this is what he does.



Daryl Flynn: Guess he was tired of carrying him so he did what he felt was best. Look in the ring Justice has a mic.



Pappy Woods: And here comes the EMT's and the doctor. Oh man!!! this is not good.



Bryce Justice: I said that JUSTICE was coming. Well JUSTICE came right there. Quintrell Cox you are not a AWF superstar and I proved it right here tonight. Did I want those AWF Tag Tiles sure but did I want the so called AWF superstar out of here more? You got my answer on that one. Cox I hope I broke your damn neck. Let this be a lesson to everyone in the AWF if I want you out of here you will be one. (he drops the mic,smiles and exits the ring and heads to the back.)



John Waylon: What a sick sick man that Bryce Justice really is. I never thought that...



Daryl Flynn: Quit your crying already. That was pure genius by his part. Take out the wanna a be's ans move on. I love it. I mean I really really love what I just saw. Way to go Justice!!! (Flynn stands up and claps his hands as Justice makes his way to the back.)



Pappy Woods: The EMT's and the doctor are working on Cox in the ring and he has not moved since being chokeslammed onto the mat. I am being told we are going to a commercial. We will be right back.

WE COME BACK FROM THE COMMERCIAL BREAK.

Pappy Woods: Welcome back to Friday Night Freedom. The ring id now cleared and Quintrell Cox was taken to a local hospital near by. I am still in shock over this whole thing. I never thought I would see such a thing take place in the sport I love so much. 

Daryl Flynn: Get over it all ready damn it!!! This is wrestling not ballet or tiddley winks. People get hurt all the time in this sport. It happens so get over it and let's just move on. 

John Waylon: How can you say just move on? Quintrell Cox was not moving any of his limbs at all when they wheeled him by us. You have no respect for anyone. Do you?

Daryl Flynn: Sure I do. Just not that piece of whale crap they carted out of the arena. 

Pappy Woods: Wow!!! you really are a awful person. I can't believe the AWF has not fired you yet. If this was my company you would have been gone by now. 

Daryl Flynn: Well it's not. Thanks God it's not because you would be firing what the people tune into see every Friday Night.

John Waylon: Tell me that you really don't believe that? 

Pappy Woods: Just look at him. He truly does believe it. As soon as we get any info about Quintrell Cox we will let you know. But for now the action must go on so up to the ring for the next match.

Van Gorgeous & JC Smovve vs Johnny Riggs & Hells Bouncer

Gabby Belle: This Match is a scheduled one fall and is Round 1 of the Tag Team Tournament.. First coming in at a total combined weight of 518lbs they are Van Gorgeous and J.C.Smovveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee as Lets Get it on by Marvin Gaye plays... And their opponents weighing in at a total combined weight of 553lbs the team of Hells Bouncer and Johnny Riggssssssssssssssssssss as Cowboy by Kid Rock Plays.



[ Bell Rings Ding Ding Ding ]



Pappy Woods: And we are off with a big match here that pits Gorgeous and Smovve to face newcomer Hells Bouncer and Johnny Riggs. And oh look at this HB and Van Gorgeous are going to start. Rumor has it they has a history together so and we see Gorgeous attacking HB from behind pounding him and beating him to he is on the mat and Gorgeous continues the pounding and lifts up HB and delivers a snap supplex. HB crawls quickly to the corner turnbuckles and shakes off the attack.



Daryl Flynn: It has been over 2 yrs since HB has been in the ring and ring rust I am seeing from him so far. And Riggs Tags himself in and he goes charging toward Van Gorgeous and Gorgeous moves out the way then to deliver a clothesline on Riggs. Riggs gets up stares Gorgeous in the eyes and Wow slaps him in the face. Gorgeous smacks him the face in return and grabs Riggs bounces him off the ropes and attempted clothesline misses and he bounces off the other end and Gorgeous did not miss the big boot to the face of Riggs, dropping Riggs to the mat.



John Waylon: I am telling you make this big man mad and that is a vital mistake. Gorgeous tags in Smovve and Smovve wants HB in and Riggs tags in HB and they go at it trading rights and lefts and HB got the better of him and delivers a back elbow to the face of Riggs and darts at Gorgeous and knocks him off the Apron. HB takes Smovve kicks him in the guy and then delivers a DDT. and makes the first cover on Smovve.



Ref Counts- 1...............2 kick out



Pappy Woods: Smovve kicks out the pinning predicament and As HB tries to lift up Smovve to get kicked in the head by Smovve, HB falls on the mat and Smovve bounces off the ropes delivers drop kick to HB and HB rolls to the outside. As he tries to get a breather out of No Where Van Gorgeous spearing HB to the concrete floor. Gorgeous lifts HB up and throws him into the steel stairs shoulder first. Smovve throws HB back in the ring and just stomps at the shoulder of HB and I think HB could be injured.



Daryl Flynn: I don't know but not looking good for this team. Smovve hits a leg drop on the arm and shoulder of HB. and now Smovve lifts up HB and HB delivers a knee to the stomach and lifts up Smovve and omg delivers a Hells Powerbomb. It could be over pin him HB pin him HB. After the beating he sustained HB trying to tag in Riggs and Smovve tags in Georgeous and HB tags in Riggs. Riggs with a drop kick waiting on Van and hits another drop kick, he heads to the middle ropes and delivers a cross body block on Van Gorgeous.



John Waylon: Riggs on fire and Riggs heads to the top rope and he off and lands a leg drop from the top rope. Riggs is up and signals its over and he got the legs of Gorgeous and locks The Lubbick Lasso. Will Van give. wait look Smovve coming in and kicks the back of the head of Riggs. and here comes HB and grabs Smovve and sends him flying over the top rope. As HB rolls out and attacks Smovve.



Pappy Woods: Van is still down in pain as Riggs walks over to him. Riggs tries to pick Van up but Van puts him in the The Facial. Riggs is in a lot of pain. HB is trying to get back in but JC Smovve is keeping him out of the ring. The ref is asking Riggs if he wwants to give up and he says yes. The ref has called for the bell.



The bell rings Ding... Ding... Ding... Ding....



Gabby Belle: Here are your winners Van Gorgeous and JC Smovve



Daryl Flynn: How the hell did they get the win? HB and Riggs dominated that match from start to finish. I am so pissed right now.



Pappy Woods: Oh get over it already would you.

What has Ric Sharpe Done? 

                                                                                    

  All of a sudden You hear Don't thread on me start playing over the PA system. Hells Bouncer stops in his tracks. HB has turned white as a ghost. What does this mean? Who Is this? HB is spinning circles look in every direction like he is looking for somebody. Wait what is this the Jumbo Tron is coming on.



Now we see Ric Sharpe on the jumbo tron.



Ric: Hay Bouncer long time no see. So you are back in the ring. You haven't learned your lesson. Do you think that I wouldn't expect your useless Brother to set an ambush. Now look who is on the hunt.



We see Ric standing outside Hells Bouncer's dressing room laughing holding a sledge hammer. Ric kick in the door and storms in. Royal Powerhouse startled jumps to his feet and charges toward Ric. Ric slams the sledgehammer against Powerhouse's kneecap. Powerhouse drops to the floor Screaming in pain Ric is stomping and kicking the falling Powerhouse. Finally Some help runs in and pulls Ric away from Royal Powerhouse and gets him some medical attention.

John Waylon: What was that all about?

Pappy Woods: Who knew Hells Bouncer had a brother and why the hell was he here?

Daryl Flynn: I like this Ric Sharpe guy. 

Pappy Woods: Yeah somehow I knew you would. 

John Waylon: Are you guys getting this. Oh man that's to bad. Poor kid!!!

Daryl Flynn: Ha!! Ha!! Ha!! Ha!! Ha!! Ha!! Ha!!!

John Waylon: You are so sick. Why would you laugh about this?

Pappy Woods: Ladies and gentlemen we have just gotten word on the condition of young Quintrell Cox. He has broken his neck in three places and his back and will never walk again. His wrestling career is over thanks to the actions of one Bryce Justice. He makes me sick. 

Daryl Flynn: Couldn't have happened to nicer guy. See you around punk.

Pappy Woods: I just can't... 

John Waylon: Yeah I feel the same way Pappy. Time for more action.

Just then the Ameri-Tron comes on. Earlier today.

Mark Force is in a cave. It’s dark, cold, and wet.



Captain Hungrybuns : Davey Jones. Here I am. I found a dark, cold, and wet place...just like you talked about. Cena even brought some rats.



Mark opens a cage and lets the rats roam free.



Captain Hungrybuns : Yarrr...these be fancy rats. They’re super cute, but they be VICIOUS. AND PLAGUED!



Mark giggles as a cute rat climbs up his shirt.



Captain Hungrybuns : Davey...We aren’t so different you and I. We are both very sexy. We are wrestlers. Uhhh...We both have pirate ships. Did you see my pirate ship? The point is, Davey. You said that I had “hope”. I would have preferred you called me your BFF...but, having “hope” is a start. So, I am here to *prove* to you that we should be together forever. Ive been sleeping in this cold, dark, cave with filthy rats for days! Now, I'm going to show you that I have a cold, black heart. Cena, come here.

Captain Hungrybuns : You’ve been a good friend, Cena...but, its time to pay the ultimate sacrifice.

Captain Hungrybuns : What? Is that a big scary sea monster?



Mark stares at a poorly drawn sea monster on a shitty piece of cardboard.



Captain Hungrybuns : I LAUGH IN YOUR FACE! *whispering to cameraman* You guys can like...CGI in Godzilla or something right? SUPER SEXY PIRATE DUO FOR LIFE!



Mark continues to battle the piece of cardboard as the scene fades.

Daryl Flynn: What in the hell was that?

John Waylon: That was Captain Hungrybuns. That's what the hell that was. 

Pappy Woods: Got to admit Mark Force is one funny guy. He may not be able to wrestle very great anymore but bot can he make a person laugh out loud to themselves. I love that guy he is awesome. 

Daryl Flynn: How did I know you were going to say that?

John Waylon: Because we like who we like and you like who you like. So there!!!

Daryl Flynn: One more comment like that and I will knock you the hell out.

Pappy Woods: Am I going to have to separate you two?

John Waylon: No I will be good. I am sorry he just makes me so mad.

Daryl Flynn: I am not making any promises. 

Pappy Woods: Why did I not become an accountant like my father wanted me to. Up to the ring for more action.

Gabby Belle: The following contest is the next match in the tag team tournament. Introducing first at a combined weight of 535 pounds hailing from The South and The Mariana Trench here is the "King of Old School" Mark Force and the AWF Liberty Champion "The Devil of the Deep" Davey Jones!!!



Mark and Davey make their way to the ring. Mark has the John Cena wrestling buddy oh shoulders and Davey has the AWF Liberty Title around his waist. The crowd boos and cheers them as they climb into the ring.



Pappy Woods: Well their they are the AWF odd couple.



John Waylon: Question is how well are they going to get along?



Daryl Flynn: This is got to be the weirdest tag team of all time. Who would root for this team anyway?



Gabby Belle: And their opponents making their way to the ring at a combined weighting in at 533 pounds hailing from Los Angeles, California and Fort Summer, New Mexico here is Cyrus Ferrari and the "Reckless Rebel" Bryce Fuller!!!



Money by Pink Floyd starts to play as the Ameria-Tron comes on. We see Cyrus Ferrari and Bryce Fuller sitting a poll surrounded by a lot of gorgeous women.



Cyrus Ferrari: As you can see we are not there tonight and we we nothing to do with that stupid tag team tournament. So Bryce and myself have decided to hand out here and take our chances.



Bryce Fuller: I like our chances if you ask me. So please go ahead and count us out mr official because we really don't care. See you all later.



Cyrus Ferrari: Yeah chow for now.



The Ameria-Tron fades out.



Daryl Flynn: Now that looks like fun. Wish I was there instead of here with you losers.



John Waylon: Can they do that? Won't they get in trouble for this?



Pappy Woods:Yeah I am sure they will. But it's clear they don't care.



The ref starts to count...

Pappy Woods:Davey looks pretty upset but Mark looks happy very happy.



John Waylon: I would have to agree on that one.



Daryl Flynn: Of course Davey is upset because he did not get to beat anyone up. As for Force he is just happy he did not have to be in a match. He is such a waste of space. Someone should just put him out of his misery now.

Pappy Woods: Yeah you would say that.

Varsity Club 2014 vs The Suffering

Just then Maximilian Price the AWF Co-Owner makes his way to the ring. He ask for a mic and is handed one.

MP:So is everyone enjoying the show so far here tonight.

The crowd begins to go nuts.

MP: I am here to make an announcement about the next match that was suppose to happen right now. The match was going to be between the Varsity Club 2014 and The Suffering. Well I am here to let you know a that the match will not happen and for the following reasons. 1st Varsity Club 2014 has gone back to their colleges to take over the head coaching jobs of the wrestling teams. Now as for The Suffering they have decided that they are calling it quits on their careers. They want to go out on top.

The crowd begins to boo rather loudly at him.

MP:Now!!! Now!!! Now!!! I know it sucks but it is what it is. So the team that win the next match between Christy Champion & Buck James vs Pat Gordon and Desmond Kelly will get a bye into the semi-finals. So good luck to both teams.

[Maximilian Price (Co-Owner)]

Pappy Woods: I can't believe that both those teams just walked away like this. 

John Waylon: I talked to Trace Davies and Ziggy Turner a few days ago and they were so excited about being able to go back home and teach college kids they right way to wrestle. So I am ok with them leaving and for The Suffering I totally understand that they want to go out on top. 

Daryl Flynn: I say they are all a bunch of cry babies and did not need to be here. 

Pappy Woods: Why do you always have to say negative things?

Daryl Flynn: Because I can and I will. Ha!! Ha!!! Ha!!! Ha!!!

John Waylon: You sir a grade 100% as....

Pappy Woods: Easy there John. Maybe we will get our wish and this jerk will be fired. 

Daryl Flynn: You can hope all you want but that is not going to happen anytime soon. [/b]

Gabby Belle: The following match is the next match in the tag team tournament. Introducing first at a total combined weight of 352 pounds hailing from Johnson City Tennessee and Orlando, Florida here is Buck James and "The Charismatic Chick" Christy Champion!!!!

All My Ex's Live in Texas by George Strait begins to play as Buck and Christy make their way to the ring. Half the crowd is cheering while the other half is booing. Buck seems to like the cheering while Christy does not seemed to be bothered by any of it. They climb into the ring. 

Pappy Woods: Well looks like Christy is very focused here tonight and Buck is well Buck. 

Daryl Flynn: Can't you just tell the truth? Christy is a woman in a man's sport and Buck is a redneck loser. 

John Waylon: Here we go again. I am so sick of this crap. 

Gabby Belle: Their opponents at a combined weight of 512 pounds hailing from Dublin, Ireland and Boston, Massachusetts here is the "Irish Wolf" Desmond Kelly and "The Instant Legend" Pat Gordon Jr!!!!

Celtic Music begins to play as the crowd is waiting to see them come out from the back.

Pappy Woods: Here is the odds on favorite team to win this thing. 

John Waylon: It sure is. The AWF fans have been voting on this and this is the team they seem to like the most.

Daryl Flynn: Oh yeah a couple of Irish punks. You think they need a drink first?

Just then the Ameri-Tron comes on and we see two wrestlers laying in the hallway out cold. As the camera zooms in we see that it's Kelly and Gordon Jr. and they are not moving. EMT's rush to the scene to help the two falling wrestlers. The EMT's are doing everything they can when the Ameri-Tron fades out. 

John Waylon: What the heck did we just see? What happened to those two guys?

Pappy Woods: The better question would be why did it happen?

Daryl Fylnn: Oh right someone took out some more of the trash around here. I love it. 

The Ref has no choice but to count out Kelly and Gordon Jr.

Pappy Woods: I can't believe it. They got the win because Kelly and Gordon Jr could not make it to the ring. 

John Waylon: Yeah no one saw this one coming. I thought Kelly and Gordon Jr would win this whole thing.

Daryl Flynn: Oh that's just to bad. I am so sorry for them!!! NO I am not!!! to hell with those Irish idiots. I am glad they are out of the tournament. 

Pappy Woods: With that being said lets got to a commercial break.

WE COME BACK FROM COMMERCIAL BREAK. WHERE WE SEE PIERS SMITH AND "SUPER CRASH" BLAKE PORTER IN THE LOCKER ROOM OF PIERS.

Piers Smith: Blake it's no secret that you and I do not believe in the same things but I am going to trust you in our match tonight. I wan to win this thing. I want those AWF Tag Team Titles.

SCBP: Well Piers its very true we think differently but tonight I am willing to work with you if you are willing to work with me to win those AWF Tag Team Titles. So what do you say? You want to go win those titles?

Pappy Woods: The KGB just took out their opponents. That's just crazy.

John Waylon: That was uncalled for. Why would they do that?

Daryl Flynn: That was brilliant on the part of the KGB. Why wrestle those losers when you can take them out all together?

Pappy Woods: Let's head to the ring.

Daryl Flynn: Why because they thought of doing something the other two guys would not have?

John Waylon: No because they are cheating and trying to take the short cut.
